- All sales are final. There are NO CASH OR CHARGE REFUNDS with the exception to electronic items that may malfunction due to manufacturer’s defect for a period of one year from date of purchase. In this case, we will REPLACE the item and/or issue a store credit good for merchandise in the store. All credits are valid one year from the date of credit.
- RMAs(return merchandise authorization) are approved for issues pertaining to manufacturing defects and misshipments.
- Returned products need to be in original packaging and condition.
- Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.
